All of our machines are supplied by world-famous supplier just like Dieffenbacher ,Vyncke and Steinemann company and so on. By this CPS line we can manufacture MDF & HDF 200 thousand CBM every year, it is the largest producer with single line in the north of China.
Dongying Zhenghe Wood Industry Co.,Ltd. is co-operated by Zhenghe group of China, Esco Engineering Sales Consulting GMBH and Dongying wood-based panel factory, we have experience and person with ability of MDF technology, we have the strong mechanic background and S&D ability of Zhenghe group. Our company set up in 2002,we can make many kinds of MDF or HDF products. Its thickness can be adjusted from 2-40mm, size can be changed during 2750mm*5500mm and the resin can reach the requirements of E2,E1&E0, also we can produce the four star products which meet the needing of Japanese markets. “Zhenghe Linmei” registered trademark MDF is sold to the USA, Japan, Korea and the middle east.
We have passed the ISO9000、ISO14000、OHSAS18000 and China environmental labeling authentication’s auditing, CNFPIA and NBS assessed our company “100 excellence manufacture of MDF enterprise of China” in 2005, in 2006 we are chose in construction material supplier list of Olympic of 2008. In 2005 we attend to The 2nd environment forum of China and Germany as only representative of China enterprise hold by SEPA.
